Blogger Series: Create The Best Street Style For Only £35

Transitional spring style can be a tricky one to get right. As everyone who lives in England knows, you’ve got to be prepared for lovely warm sunshine one minute and rain, clouds and an icy wind the next. Maybe even a spot of snow if we’re lucky! Dressing for this kind of unpredictable weather is an art form in itself.

It’s been feeling particularly spring-like recently with all the sunshine, so I’ve been loving simple outfits, such as jeans and a top. It’s then super easy to layer on accessories and jackets to fit the weather. Plus, you can take the look from day to night just by switching boots or flat shoes for heeled pumps instead. I love the simple combo of jeans, white T-shirt and black blazer for a chic-but-cool evening look.

Ripped skinny jeans are a wardrobe staple and I can’t get over how great these jeans from George are! They’re so soft and comfy, with just enough stretch. The colour is also really flattering, and perfect as we go into spring – swap out your darker jean shades for a light blue like these ones.

I teamed them with a simple white shirt and a khaki parka – another springtime essential. I added this beautiful boho scarf to inject some colour and texture into the outfit, plus it helps to keep me warm when needed. I fell in love with this scarf as soon as I saw it. It’s light enough to wear on warmer days and the tassels are on trend for this season.

And for a sunny day like today, these aviator style sunglasses are the perfect finishing touch! At just £4 these sunnies are great value and amazing quality. Plus this year it’s all about aviators, which is great news as it’s a flattering and super versatile style you can wear with any outfit.
