Acknowledge Your Thoughts
Mindfulness is about living in the moment, listening to your body and your thoughts, and to help, we’ve put together a few exercises to get you going.
Reflecting on the present is an important part of staying mindful. Jot down your thoughts and feelings in a diary or a bullet journal for a relaxing way to end the day, and take a break from social media once in a while if it’s causing you some negative feelings or anxiety.
Exercise 1
Think of 3 things you did well today, no matter how big or small.
Say out loud:
I did [___] well today.
I was great at [___] today.
Good thing I [___] today.
Mindful Eating
It’s important to strike a balance between keeping your body healthy and indulging in some much-needed comfort food. Make your meals a time to take a break and refuel, where you can relax and focus on the food that’s in front of you.

With your next meal, don’t do anything else but eat. Think about the texture and temperature of your food.
Experience Nature
Take a break in the great outdoors to decompress and unwind. Green spaces, fresh air and a change of scenery are important for our mental health, so it’s never been a better time than to pop on your trainers and get out of the house.
